In 2019 we launched an optimization project in one of SE Europe’s most reputable dyehouses. The project’s objective was to achieve world-class efficiency by means of Systain T-DH implementation and knowhow transfer.
Initial targets included reduction of water and energy consumption by 15% and reduction of chemicals usage by 10%.
In April 2020 the factory performance substantially surpassed the project targets; water consumption has been reduced by 30%, energy consumption by 18% and chemicals usage by 15%, while quality has improved.
